How about the rest of her body?  Could you give at few discreet details?  Slim waist?  Narrow hips?  Wide hips?  Overall impression - fashion model type body (slim with very few curves) or more of a swimsuit model type - curves in the right places - especially waist and hips?  
And for those of us who have never heard the expression "asian breasts" - some clarification PLEASE?  :-)
