Based on your description and name, she sounds like Rosalie@ASB from a few years ago.  
She is kinda cute and nice attitude even though my Mandarin is poor.  But ya, same restriction on kissing and CIM. (I don't care or remember WF)...  She is nice for Chinese brothers who like skinny/small/tight Chinese girls.  You have to be gentle.
