Basically, it is a closed space where all the available girls gather behind glass. You can choose the girl in private without the girls seeing you. This may be good for really shy guys or a bunch of friends to discuss which girl is pretty or ugly without offending the girls.
I BELIEVE this is just a gimmick. I enjoyed the old QQ shop where the girls just come to the lobby area and I can talk to them to see their level of enthusiasm toward me. I like the VIPspa style even better as they come in the room one at a time and the girl and I can discuss service level and upcharge $$ in private. With QQ, its kinda too late when you get in the room with the girl and you find out she doesn't do BBBJ.
One funny thing I notice in the photos on the website - QQ has security video feed of the doorway and parking lot in some of their rooms. This is just like their current/old location - I can see all the dudes pulling up and taking off their shoes in the front room while I get my dick sucked. What privacy?! ;-)
Another thing to note is that its the same QQ girls and service - really young girls, but service (BBBJ, DFK, etc.) are all negoiated.
